CDB Software Launches Operations in China
Led by Mr. Guan Zhisong, New Beijing Office Enables CDB Software to Address the Fast-Growing Chinese Information Technology Sector
HOUSTON, August 28, 2007
- CDB Software, Inc., an innovative provider of solutions for DB2 z/OS data management, today announced that it has launched local operations in China. CDB Software China, located in Beijing, is an integral part of CDB Software’s continued global expansion in international markets and will enable the company to maximize growth opportunities in the fast developing Chinese market.
To lead the new operations in China, Mr. Guan Zhisong has been appointed as general manager, CDB Software China. Formerly the vice president of the Beijing Bigain Group, Zhisong has extensive experience in the implementation and direction of large IT projects, specifically in the Chinese banking industry. Zhisong received a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Beijing Polytechnic University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the City University of Seattle.
